Changing information

Publication does not keep every detail current. Products and rules change after publication, so check a current source before relying on anything time-sensitive.

Availability

Pages can be revised, moved, or withdrawn at any time, with no advance notice. Nothing here promises continuous availability or any particular result.

Sites run by others

External links point to services outside this site. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators and use their own terms.

Amendments

Where this needs updating, the updated version supersedes the previous one as soon as it appears here.
